I am very disappointed with the upgrade to the iWeb application which reset all my pictures on my website to HD compatibility.
Before, I was happy with the size and definition of pictures when viewing a slideshow of the pictures.
Since the upgra...
@Macmaggie - This may sound strange, but check your P-RAM battery. One of the things that the P-RAM battery controls is the I/O (in/out). If the I/O drops off, then you lose your internet connection. The battery, a 3.6v lithium, is on the logic bo...

Hi folks,
Uverse network settings on my G4 keep "disappearing" even though I lock them. Any suggestions before I go through the AT&T maze? Thanks. Maggie

Thanks for the warm welcome. I must say that if you held your meetings later on Saturdays, I would have been to several already. I dare say if you see me out before 9:00 a.m., I'll be in a casket. lol Hopefully I can meet & greet most of you here. :-D
Hi David,
yep- finally did it! Not sure what I'm doing however or what I can contribute at this point. I have never joined a social site before. Being literally a Mac baby (just over one year old...) and not getting enough (if any!) computer time most days, progress is not as swift as one might hope. Mostly just work on my photos and enjoy iTunes.
However, thanks for inviting me in. Will try and stay tuned in, attend more meetings and who knows- I'll might just get to be a Mac toddler one day. Oh, just purchased 'Leopard'. Love the improvements in mail. My sons and friends are most impressed with my new stationery and photo placement in my e-mails to them. How EASY Leopard makes it will stay my secret.
Cheers- Barbara

When did you become a Apple user?

About Me:
Macs didn't exist till 1984. I started on an Apple ][+ at Christmas in 1981 and joined the Apple Corps in February 1982. It was about 1987 when I started using a Mac at work and 1995 before I gave up the Apple ][. I now use a G5 tower at home, a G5 iMac at the office and a G4 iBook for travel. I still have an Apple //e set up at home if needed.
