Scanner recommendations

I have been using a CANON Lide 50 with my Macs. I have just been informed by Canon that they will not have a driver for that scanner for Snow Leopard. I do not do a lot of scanning - mostly copying documents. What do you suggest for 'reasonable' (cheap!) priced scanner?

Check out the Epsons. Be sure the drivers are there for Snow Leopard first.

I used to have an Epson and found their software easy to use. I will look at them. Anyone want a gently used scanner - I'll be pleased to donate it.
