Just picked up Bento 3. Used to to help maintain a database of my Rotary's club members emails. Not new to databases but new to Bento.

Ray, you were kind enough to give me a preview of Bento prior to my purchase of the software but I need another review. Maybe the whole group could get together for a lesson.

Take a look...they are very short but give some
good examples of what can be done in Bento.
I liked the "Busy Professional" who is spaced
out over keeping up with all of her stuff, but
Bento comes to the rescue! The screen shots
of her solution are most interesting!

I played around with Bento when it was BETA, but I'm unsure how I can implement it in my day to day computer use.

I've gotten started with Bento, and it is a great additon to the Mac OS (Leopard only). It was programmed by FileMaker Inc. (owned by Apple), but is much less intimidating than FileMaker to the casual user. However, the CSV file format takes some getting used to, and I'm gradually finding how to convert files I want to import to Bento. The major weakness I've found so far is the printing...very limited features that must be improved.
